Shipping Policy

Rates (United States)

Standard shipping is $9.99. Orders of $200 or more ship free — automatically, no code needed.

Production

Most items are made to order with your selected brand mark. Allow 2–5 business days of production before your order ships; for bulk and event orders, plan on up to two weeks. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery

Standard U.S. delivery typically arrives 3–7 business days after production, depending on your location. We currently ship within the United States only.

Address accuracy

Providing a correct shipping address is the customer's responsibility. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur reshipping costs.
