Return & Refund Policy

Most items in this store are made to order with the brand mark you select. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrect size selection. Please review the size guidance and product details before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing or manufacturing error, email Sales@SummitGlobalSwag.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows your order was not delivered, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
